Both options are welcome! Walk-ins are accepted based on therapist availability. However, we highly recommend booking in advance via WhatsApp to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially during busy periods.

Our Balinese Massage (60 min, Rp 120.000) is by far our most beloved treatment. It combines gentle pressure with aromatherapy oils and flowing strokes rooted in centuries-old Balinese healing tradition. For a complete experience, our Package A (3 hours) is the top choice, including massage, facial, pedicure, and body scrub.

Our in-spa treatments range from Rp 80.000 (express treatments like hand massage or reflexology) to Rp 800.000 (full hair braiding). Most popular massages are between Rp 120.000–Rp 180.000 for a 60-70 minute session. Home service prices are slightly higher to cover travel.

Treatment durations vary: express treatments (head, hand, neck & shoulder) are 30 minutes, standard massages are 60 minutes, premium massages (stone, herbal) are 70 minutes, and our sanctuary packages range from 2 to 3 hours for the complete wellness journey.

Yes! We can accommodate couples and groups with multiple therapists simultaneously, both at our Seminyak spa and via home service. Simply mention the number of guests when booking via WhatsApp.

We provide home service across all major South Bali areas: Seminyak (10-20 min), Kuta & Legian (15-30 min), Canggu & Berawa (20-40 min), Sanur (30-50 min), Nusa Dua & Jimbaran (35-55 min), and Denpasar (30-50 min). Response times are from our Seminyak base.

Our therapists arrive fully equipped with a professional massage table, clean linens, premium aromatherapy oils, soothing music setup, and all necessary treatment supplies. You don't need to prepare anything — just a quiet space in your room or villa.

Yes, home service prices are slightly higher than in-spa prices to cover therapist travel and equipment transport. For example, Balinese Massage is Rp 120.000 in-spa vs Rp 170.000 for home service. The quality of treatment is identical.

We accept Cash (IDR), Bank Transfer, and QRIS (scan-to-pay). Payment is made after your treatment — no prepayment or deposit required. For home service, payment is collected by the therapist upon completion.

We appreciate advance notice for cancellations. Please notify us at least 2 hours before your appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability. For home service, earlier notice is appreciated as therapists are dispatched in advance.

Our partnership model is flexible and low-commitment. Your property recommends AYU SPA to guests, and we provide on-demand professional spa services at their villa or room. We offer commission-based or fixed-rate arrangements, with no minimum booking requirements. All equipment, supplies, and therapist management is handled by us.
